Is a puppy visit a full groom?

Puppy introductions are short, fixed-scope sessions designed to build familiarity. They do not guarantee a full haircut or every grooming stage.

What happens before the appointment?

We begin with a temperament and coat history check, then explain what is practical before we start.

Can a session be stopped early?

Yes. If your pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern, the session may be shortened, adjusted, paused, or stopped.

What if the coat needs more work than expected?

Yes. If coat condition or safe handling limits the plan, we may recommend a shorter practical finish instead of forcing the requested result.
